No Mow May
Lets help the environment, wild plants, bees insects need us and our lawns left un-mowed in May. Why? the Dandelions, buttercups, yellow rattle, common birds foot trefoil, forget me nots, daisy, common mouse, yes you may think them as pesky weeds but they are vital sources of nectar for the bees and other insects which are just coming out to pollinate. Let do our bit for the environment, don't mow your grass, reduce your carbon footprint, save time and your back! and you'll see it really is very very beautiful, peaceful and pretty. And without the insects wildflower to name but a few we would be in big big trouble.
